Return & Refund Policy

At Velveth Select, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. To qualify for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition in which they were received.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once a return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.

Final sale items, clearance items, and customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
